DEFINITIONS For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with their respective rules.
LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Casino does not warrant or guarantee that its services are uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event shall the Casino be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or other economic losses.
DISCLAIMERS The User acknowledges that the Casino's services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. The Casino disclaims all liability for any content, products, or services provided by third-party affiliates, sponsors, or advertisers.
CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION The Casino may cancel or terminate the User's Account at any time, including but not limited to, in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations, or other circumstances as deemed necessary by the Casino.
DATA PROTECTION The Casino is committed to protecting the User's personal data and shall comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations. The User acknowledges that the Casino may collect, store, and process their personal data for purposes of providing its services, including but not limited to, marketing communications.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the relevant governing jurisdiction.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT By accessing or using the Casino's services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, all applicable laws and regulations.
